Oversight

Three checks on every dollar.

The bylaws fix three independent layers of review on BGCIC's finances. Each operates on a fixed cadence and is documented in the meeting record.

Article XII

APAC semi-annual audit

The Alumni Participant Audit Committee reviews all financial transactions twice a year. Its findings are reported to the Participants at the next regular meeting.

Article XII

December Annual Accounting

The Financial Participant delivers a full and complete account of the club's condition at the Annual Meeting each December. Officer appointments and bylaws amendments are voted at the same session.

Article XIV

Two-officer custody

All securities are purchased and held in the name of BGCIC and custodied by both the Presiding Participant and the Assistant Presiding Participant. No single officer can dispose of club assets.
